Currently serving as Design Operations at 1Password, Su specializes in scaling design practices and building strategic operational frameworks for product teams.
With a proven track record of leadership across diverse industries, Su previously held the role of Senior Manager, Product Operations at GEICO, where she led product, design, research, program and portfolio operations as a strategic partner for enterprise portfolio suites including telematics, underwriting automation, and product migration initiatives.
As Director of Product Design & Design Operations at Southern New Hampshire University, Su established and scaled the design operations practice from the ground up, growing it from 1 to 6 practitioners across product design, content strategy, instructional design, and product management teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Her experience spans both startup and enterprise environments, including her tenure as Lead Product Designer at RealPage, Inc., where she designed and managed product development and feature roadmaps for real estate community rewards programs, and as Director of UX at Ansira, where she managed and mentored a team of 5 UX researchers, designers, architects, and specialists.
