Patrizia Bertini is a visionary DesignOps leader with over 20 years of international experience in usability, accessibility, web design, and user research. Currently an Associate Director of Design Operations, she's a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator since 2011, authored one of Italy's first books on web accessibility, and has built multiple DesignOps practices focused on productivity and team satisfaction.


A recognized thought leader, she published "The 3 Dimensions of DesignOps" in UX Collective and speaks at industry events like Rosenfeld Media's DesignOps Summit, bringing a systems-thinking approach to transforming design operations from task-focused functions into strategically impactful disciplines.
