Odette Jansen is a seasoned UX Research leader with over 14 years of experience blending applied research, systems thinking, and people-centered leadership. Currently leading a research and content team at ING, Odette partners with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, scale ResearchOps, and support continuous improvement across the organization.


With a background in education and UX, Odette thrives at the intersection of insights, operations, and human potential. She’s known for connecting the dots—between research and design, systems and people, and strategy and day-to-day work—bringing clarity and care to everything she does.


Odette is also the co-founder of UXR Study, a platform dedicated to continuous learning in UX research. Built to support researchers beyond traditional pathways, it helps professionals grow with confidence and find grounded, practical support in a rapidly evolving field.


As a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD professional, Odette is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and inclusive leadership. Her work focuses on building environments where diverse minds can thrive—and where systems are designed to fit people, not the other way around.
