She specializes in digital accessibility for small- to mid-sized organizations, helping them reduce legal risk, expand their customer base, and build inclusive digital experiences—not just because it's required, but because it’s good business.
Before launching Level 11, Maigen was a Senior UX Designer in HR tech and led multiple UX/UI bootcamps at UC Berkeley Extension. She’s also the author of Practical UX, a hands-on guide to designing effective and accessible digital products.
Maigen is passionate about empowering early-career UX professionals with real-world accessibility skills through a unique “teaching hospital” model—where apprentices get paid to build inclusive websites from day one.
