Laurent Christoph is a seasoned Design Leader with 18 years of experience scaling design capabilities in financial services, including retail banking, fintech, wealth management, and insurance.


At Lloyds Banking Group, he expanded the design practice as part of the Design Centre of Excellence, managing one of the largest design thinking education programs across 10,000 agile professionals. At ClearScore, he established the Design Operations practice, unifying Content Design, Service Design, and Creative Studio functions.


Laurent leads by the principles of EEACH (Empathy, Empowerment, Accountability, Courage, and Humility), with a talent for aligning cross-functional teams through compelling storytelling.
