Originally trained as an Industrial Designer, Laura’s career evolved through UX and Service Design, eventually leading her—somewhat unexpectedly—into design leadership, a space where she now thrives. She brings a leadership style rooted in intention, authenticity, and heart, fostering open, ambitious, and purpose-driven work.
In addition to her role at Fearless, Laura is a Founding Member of Fifty, a community shaping the future of design leadership by building stronger networks, championing systemic change, and advocating for a better, more inclusive design industry.
