She coined the widely adopted term PWDR (“people who do research”), launched the global #WhatIsResearchOps movement, and founded the original ResearchOps Community. Her work has shaped operations strategies in sectors ranging from government and education to tech and retail.
Notably, she built the UK Government Digital Service’s first ResearchOps capabilities and later led the renowned ResearchOps team at Atlassian, setting a benchmark for scaling research across organizations.
