Hannah Knowles has been uncovering user insights and solving product challenges since 2014. As a UX Researcher and founder of WorkieTicket, she helps companies build successful, insight-led products—without the overhead of in-house teams or costly consultancy models.


With a flexible, collaborative approach, Hannah guides organizations through user research projects, monthly insight reports, and strategic coaching to embed user-centered thinking at every stage of product development. Her mission is simple: help teams discover real user needs and translate them into meaningful, impactful experiences.
