Head of Design Operations at LyftAmanda Robinson Schwartz is an accomplished Design Operations leader and program strategist currently serving as Head of Design Operations at Lyft, where she leads Design Program Managers across the product ecosystem and elevates Design Ops as a strategic discipline.
Her career spans multiple roles at Lyft and impactful positions at IDEO.org managing global partnerships like the multi-million Women + Money financial inclusion initiative, and at WAKE co-designing Tech2Empower trainings for women's rights organizations across Guatemala, Peru, Ukraine, the U.S., and Cambodia.
She also co-founded The Ring, an organization advancing gender equity, combining strategic design thinking with operational rigor to create systems that enable people and organizations to flourish.
