Amanda Gelb
UX Research & Design StrategyAmanda Gelb is a design researcher, facilitator, and strategist who helps teams find clarity in complex challenges. As founder of Aha Studio, she partners with startups, nonprofits, and tech companies to design research programs, run high-impact workshops, and build cultures of curiosity. Her work blends user research, product strategy, and experiential education - guiding teams to move from stuck to inspired.
Amanda has a wide range of clients including: Duolingo, Sigma Computing, The Woobles, Square and a diverse range of nonprofits. She teaches workshops on facilitation and question-asking for organizations across industries, and speaks regularly on the power of questions to transform conversations. She is currently writing her first book, a practical guide to the art of fruitful conversation.
When she’s not working, Amanda can be found experimenting in the kitchen, chasing after her kids, or noticing the small patterns that make up the world around her.
